By installing the FuelGauge browser extension or using the fuelgauge.pro website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use FuelGauge.
FuelGauge is a browser extension that reads your Claude subscription usage data and displays it in a dashboard. It helps you track your AI budget consumption, predict depletion, and manage your usage pace.
FuelGauge is not affiliated with Anthropic (maker of Claude), OpenAI, Google, or any AI provider. It is an independent third-party tool.
FuelGauge uses your existing Claude session cookie to fetch usage data from Claude's internal API. This means:
FuelGauge depends on undocumented, unofficial APIs provided by third-party AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.). These providers may, at any time and without notice:
FuelGauge does not guarantee service continuity. Any disruption caused by a third-party provider changing their platform is outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore compatibility when possible, but we cannot commit to any timeline or guarantee that restoration will be possible.
You acknowledge that temporary or permanent service interruptions may occur due to these external dependencies and that such interruptions do not constitute a breach of these terms or entitle you to compensation beyond what is described in our refund policy.

Pro ($9, one-time): Unlocks advanced features (charts, notifications, cloud sync, fast polling). One payment, no subscription. You receive a license key to activate Pro features.
14-day refund, no questions asked. If Pro doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Extended disruption: If FuelGauge's core functionality (usage tracking) is unavailable for more than 30 consecutive days due to a third-party API change, Pro users who purchased within the last 90 days may request a full refund.
You agree not to:
We own: The FuelGauge extension code, website, design, brand, and documentation.
You own: Your usage data. FuelGauge processes it locally and never claims ownership.
FuelGauge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
External dependency risk: FuelGauge's core functionality depends on unofficial third-party APIs. If a provider changes their platform in a way that prevents FuelGauge from functioning, this is not a defect in FuelGauge and does not constitute a breach of these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by French law, Thomas SIHAPANYA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of FuelGauge, including but not limited to damages resulting from service interruptions caused by third-party changes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (i.e., $9 for Pro users, $0 for free users).
Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: everything stays local unless you opt into Cloud Sync (Pro).
By you: Uninstall the extension at any time. All local data is deleted with it. If you have Cloud Sync enabled, request deletion of synced data via our contact form.
By us: We may revoke a Pro license if these terms are violated (e.g., redistribution, abuse). We will provide notice before revocation except in cases of clear abuse.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the extension (for Pro users with notifications enabled) at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent French courts.
